Our productions MALI BLUES and WHO IS ODA JAUNE? will be shown at Five Lakes Film Festival in Baviera! With more than 100 feature films, documentaries and short films in over 300 screenings, the FIve Lakes Film Festival (FSFF) is one of the largest film festivals in southern Germany.
Following Fatoumata Diawara, shooting star of the global pop scene, MALI BLUES is a musical journey, discovering the country’s rich musical culture and it’s threat by radical Islamists. On our way we meet other committed musicians, like Bassekou Kouyaté, Master Soumy and Ahmed Ag Kaedi.
WHO IS ODA JAUNE? is a documentary about the artist Oda Jaune and about her paintings. An intimate portrait of a young woman who had to leave her past behind to find her future. The world premiere took place at Berlinale 2016.
